How to play Quiz Blitz
Pick a category, or Mixed for a bit of everything, and answer ten questions. Each one has four answers and a 15-second timer. A right answer is worth 100 points plus a bonus for every second left on the clock, so a quick answer scores more than a slow one. Run out of time and the question counts as wrong.
Right answers in a row build a streak. Two in a row doubles your points, four triples them and six or more gives four times the points. One wrong answer resets the streak to nothing.
Categories and question types
There are 944 questions across 12 categories: Science, Geography, History, Nature and Animals, Space, Sports, Food, Art and Music, Tech, General, Words and Language, and Myths and Legends. The game remembers which questions you have already seen and serves new ones first.
Most questions are a straight pick of the right answer. Mixed in are a few special rounds: odd one out, fill the blank, which came first, and rank it. A round ends with up to three stars for the number of right answers and a best score for that category.
Tips and tricks
- Speed matters, but a wrong answer costs your streak. On a hard question, a slower right answer is worth more.
- Protect a long streak. At six in a row every right answer is worth four times the points.
- Read the question type banner. In odd one out you are looking for the answer that does not belong.
- Once per round you can watch a short ad to remove two wrong answers, or another to swap the question, and the end of a round can double your points. Skip the ad and you get nothing, but the button stays so you can try again.

Yes. Tap an answer with your finger. The question and the four answer buttons fit a phone held upright.
Will I see the same questions again?
Not for a while. The game keeps track of the questions you have answered on this device and picks unseen ones first.
Is my progress saved?
Your best score in each category, your best round overall and the list of questions you have seen are saved in your browser on this device.
