Controls

Hold and drag the mouse or your finger to walk, or use WASD or the arrow keys. Walk into the pile to grab clothes, then carry a full basket back to the Yard Sale to sell it.

How to play Lost Sock

Somewhere under a mountain of laundry is one missing sock, and it is your job to find it.

• Walk into the pile to pick up clothes. Each layer you clear reveals the one below.
• Your basket only holds so much. Carry it back to the Yard Sale stand to sell everything and earn coins.
• Keep digging until you uncover the lost item shown at the top of the screen. Find it and the level is done.

Later levels hide more than one item, and the piles get bigger and deeper as you go, from a messy bedroom to a laundromat, a backyard, a dorm room and the Laundry Mountain.

Upgrades and helpers

Spend your coins in the Shop to dig faster:

• Bigger Basket carries more clothes per trip.
• Long Arms grabs clothes from farther away.
• Running Shoes make you walk faster.
• Quick Hands pick things up quicker.

After level 3 you unlock the Robo-Vac, a robot vacuum that cleans up the pile and sells clothes for you. Upgrade its wheels, tank and suction, and run up to three robots at once.

Tips

• Use the 🐕 Sniff boost when you are lost: the dog points you toward the missing item.
• The 🧲 Super Grab boost makes you faster, reaches farther and gives you a bigger basket for a while.
• Sell often early on. Coins spent on a bigger basket pay off on every trip after.
• Play the Daily Golden Sock: everyone gets the same pile each day, so race to beat your best time.
• Claim your daily gift every day to keep your streak growing.

Make it your own

Pick your character and change the look any time in the Style menu. Buy new hair, clothes and hats with the coins you earn, and dress up your Robo-Vac too.
